</Frame>

A one-page quotation cover letter on the estimating masthead, with the quoted total and decision points carried in prose rather than tables. Change the recipient, subject line and quotation reference first; the quoted total in data.json should match the quotation it covers (QUO-2026-118 in the quote template). The footer note carries the enclosures line, and the page counter reads Page 1 of 1 by design.

**Engine features exercised:** @page margin boxes, page counters, fixed-height page fill with flex-grow spacer, flex masthead.

Dear Mr. Perreault,

We are pleased to submit our quotation for the dust collection system at the technology shop, following our site visit on 2 September. The enclosed quotation is firm for thirty days and totals 26,747.52 dollars including New York sales tax on materials.

Three points from the site visit are worth drawing to your attention, because each one affects either cost or schedule.

The existing 480 volt panel in the shop has two spare breaker positions, which is enough for the collector and the airlock without a service upgrade. That is the single largest saving against the budget figure you shared with us, and it holds only if the panel is not committed to the welding bay expansion in the meantime.

The proposed unit location on the north wall requires no roof penetration, but it does place the collector within eight feet of the classroom partition. We have quoted the standard cabinet; the sound attenuation package listed as an option would bring the measured level at the partition from roughly seventy-two to sixty-four decibels. Schools in similar rooms usually take it.

Finally, the six to eight week lead time runs from receipt of order. An order placed by the end of September would allow installation over the October recess, avoiding both occupied classrooms and after-hours premium time.

Our references for comparable work include the Genesee Valley BOCES shop retrofit in 2024 and two collectors installed for Kestrel Medical Center's facilities group; contact details are attached and both are happy to take calls.

I would be glad to walk your maintenance supervisor through the ductwork layout before you take this to the board. Please call me directly on extension 244.

Yours sincerely,
